Ordering a whole, half, or quarter of beef is simple! We work hard to make the entire process easy to assure you everything has been handled correctly.
How Ordering Works
Decide on the quantity you would like. We are always available for any questions you have. We have detailed cut sheets and walk you through the process, so you receive the cuts that fit your family the best. Once you are ready place your deposit and we handle the rest.
We will book the butcher date and provide the butcher with the specifications for your custom cutting. We will handle the pickup once your order is ready.
We will deliver it to you or arrange a time for pickup.
