The price displayed is the deposit for a Whole Beef.
Order now for late Autumn/early Winter delivery
The total price is determined by the hanging weight of the half; this is typically between 750 – 800 pounds plus the cost of hanging, cutting and wrapping. That is $9.50 a pound.
This will yield approximately 450 – 500 pounds of meat that is professionally cut and wrapped and will range between $7125 – $7600
You will need approximately 15 -20cubic feet of freezer space.
We will send you a an easy-to-follow cutting sheet for you to customize the cuts you would like.

Description
Whole Beef
All beef is wrapped in butcher paper and frozen, ready for your freezer. Ground beef will be packaged in specially designed bags.
We will send you an easy-to-follow cutting sheet for you to customize your beef so you receive the cuts you would like. We walk you through the process to assure you get the cuts that best fit your family
- Steaks are cut to a 1-inch thickness and package 2 per package (or per your preference)
- Roasts weight between 3 -5 pounds
- ground beef comes in 1-pound packages
