The price displayed is the deposit for a Quarter Beef
The total price is determined by the hanging weight of the half; this is typically between 175 – 200 pounds plus the cost of hanging, cutting and wrapping. That is at $11.50 per pound.
This will yield approximately 110 – 125 pounds of meat that is professionally cut and wrapped and will range between $2000 – $2300. We will send you an easy-to-follow cutting sheet for you to customize the cuts you would like.

Description
Quarter Beef
All beef is wrapped in butcher paper and frozen, ready for your freezer. Ground beef will be packaged in specially designed bags.
We will send you an easy-to-follow cutting sheet for you to customize your beef so you receive the cuts you would like. We walk you through the process to assure you get the cuts that best fit your family
- Steaks are cut to a 1-inch thickness and package 2 per package (or per your preference)
- Roasts weight between 3 -5 pounds
- ground beef comes in 1-pound packages
