High Holler Ranch is an Alberta based family run producer of Canadian Prime beef. We believe in Farm to Table, in supporting local communities and in providing Alberta families with ethically grown transparently sourced high-quality beef you can trust.

We have been custom growing beef for a select group of clients and after many requests we are expanding our operation. Being a small producer allows us to offer exceptional customer service and produce the highest quality of beef available.

With a smaller herd size, we dedicate our time and attention to each animal with a daily hands-on approach and grown with intention. Care and thought goes into each step of the growing process to give you the highest level of quality in every animal we produce.

We have developed a one-of-a-kind feeding program to give you a spectacular finished product.

Our beef is grass fed and grain supplemented thought the growing season. We then grain finish to achieve a Canadian Prime beef product. Because your food dollars should buy the very best.

We currently offer half and whole beef options that are cut to your specifications.

All of our animals and feed come from local producers in the area. We believe that supporting our neighbours and fellow producers’ benefits everyone. With everything sourced within 100 kms of the ranch we are keeping it local at the most ground level because we care where your food comes from.
