Beef Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of dry onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
Instructions
  1. Place roast in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the water, soy sauce and seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until the beef is fork tender.
  4. Remove from the cooker and shred.
  5. Strain broth, skim of fat.
  6. Pour broth into small cups for dipping.
