Everything Bagel Crackers

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Combine the almond flour, ground flax, salt, garlic powder and water together in a bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Place the cracker dough onto a large sheet of parchment paper.
  4. Top with a second sheet of parchment.
  5. Using a rolling pin roll the dough out to an ⅛ of an inch thick.
  6. Using a sharp knife score the dough into crackers.
  7. Liberally sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning and lightly press it into the cracker dough.
  8. Bake for20 - 25 minutes.
  9. The thinner edges my brown faster than the center crackers.
  10. Start checking for doneness at the 20-minute mark.
  11. Remove the finished edge pieces and pop the cookie sheet back into the oven.
  12. You may need to remove the edge pieces a few times near the end of the baking time.
  13. Allow to cool and store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
