  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • ½ cup of sugar free chocolate or a very dark chocolate - chopped into rough chunks
  • ½ cup of toasted pecans - chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of butter - melted
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener of your choice - I use Xylitol, Erythritol or Monk Fruit
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon of maple flavoring
  1. Preheat your over to 350°F
  2. In a small bowl combine the butter, sweetener, egg and flavourings, whisk until combined.
  3. In a larger bowl combine the almond flour, chocolate and pecans.
  4. Add the liquids and stir until completely combined.
  5. Using a tablespoon scoop out your cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow the cookies to cook completely on the cookie sheet.
